Whatshan Jam Family and Friends Festival Announcement

It is with mixed emotions that we announce the decision has been made to change the approach to the Music Festival.  For our 20th Anniversary we would like to share a legacy of an annual Whatshan Family and Friends Weekend on the 2nd weekend in July, where you and your family, friends and groups can continue to meet every year. This will replace the well known Whatshan Jam Festival.  All previous activities such as food booths, the music program, etc. will not be continued. Although there will not be any structured program, fun and activities are always welcome on this weekend.

In honor of our legacy, we would like to thank all of our past guests, bands, musicians, vendors, attendees and especially the volunteers who have made this event monumental over many, many years.  For those who have made previous reservations, you will be contacted shortly.  To book a cabin or campsite this year, July 9-10, and going forward, email: whatshanrentalcoordinator@gmail.com or visit whatshan.com.

Whatshan Jam Postponed…again!

Thank you for your patience over the past (2) years waiting in anticipation for our Whatshan Family Jam. Once again, we are sad to announce that we will be postponing until 2023 due to the COVID pandemic uncertainty.

It will be our 20th anniversary the next time we meet and we want to deliver the best possible experience.  Those that held their tickets/deposit over can still do so or request a refund by contacting our staff via email at whatshanjam @ gmail.com or by using this contact form.

Thank you for your understanding, we can’t wait to see you!

2020 Whatshan Jam canceled!

The Whatshan Jam to be held on July 4-5, 2020 is unfortunately cancelled due to COVID-19 Guidelines and Protocols set out by our Local, Municipal, Provincial and Federal Government and Health organizations.

Ticket purchasers will be notified on our rollover or refund options available. We appreciate your patience as we process all the requests in this unprecedented time.

We look forward to our 20th Jam celebration July 9-10, 2021 and can’t wait to see everyone again!

Check it out, check it out, check it out…Chris Buck Band on Friday just became a reality!

Yes, you read that right! The Chris Buck Band is all signed up to headline Friday night at this year’s Jam. His bio and other detes are located on the Artists page and we are super excited to see how the grass in front of the stage (dance floor) handles this one. If their Giddy Up video on YouTube is any indication then buckle up, it’s going to be gooder!

Camping is so fun….but so much more when there’s a music festival going on right beside you!

With over 200 campsites and 8 cabins (already sold out), the grounds at The Whatshan Lake Retreat offer the best of both worlds. Oh yeah…did I mention the world class quality sound stage? Check out this link to book your accommodations for the Jam.
